For Business Establishments (Affiliation Eligibility)
Industry Relevance:
- The business establishment should belong to one of the following sectors:
- Biotechnology Startups
- Real Estate Business Firms
- Cosmetics Manufacturers
- Ayurveda Medicine Manufacturers
- Creative Agencies
- IT and Digital Marketing Agencies
- E-commerce and Online Business Firms
- Health Clinics and Cosmetology Centers
- Physiotherapy, Nutrition, and Diet Consultation Centers
- Fashion, Garment, and Apparel Businesses (Online/Offline)
- Service Providers in Finance, Insurance, or Loans
- Event Management Companies
- Educational Institutions and Training Centers
- Other MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) sectors with a focus on business development, skill-building, and management are also eligible.
- The business establishment should belong to one of the following sectors:
Business Tenure and Stability:
- The business must have been operational for a minimum of 3 years with a track record of financial stability.
- Startups with a strong business plan and growth potential are also encouraged to apply, subject to evaluation.
Training Infrastructure and Resources:
- The business should have a dedicated space or facility for conducting training sessions, meetings, and workshops.
- Necessary resources such as training equipment, mentors, or trainers should be available or planned for within the establishment.
Commitment to Training and Development:
- The business should demonstrate a commitment to the professional growth of its human resources through structured training programs, internships, or mentorship opportunities.
Organizational Culture:
- Businesses with a culture of continuous learning, employee engagement, and a positive work environment are preferred.
Compliance with ITSMBA Standards:
- The business must agree to adhere to the guidelines and standards set by ITSMBA for conducting the Affiliated Training Program.
- Compliance with ethical practices, transparency, and alignment with the mission and vision of ITSMBA is mandatory.
For Individual Participants
Educational Background:
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Commerce, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates or students in their final year of graduation can also apply.
Professional Experience:
- Prior professional experience in business, management, or administration is preferred but not mandatory.
- Recent graduates with no work experience can also apply if they demonstrate a keen interest in business and management.
Skills and Abilities:
- Basic understanding of business operations, management principles, and communication skills.
- An ability to work in a team environment and a willingness to learn and grow.
Commitment to the Program:
- The individual should be committed to completing the entire program duration and actively participating in all training activities.
- A willingness to contribute to the host business establishment’s growth and development is essential.
Eligibility Evaluation Process
Step 1: Initial Inquiry and Application
- Interested business establishments or individuals can submit an initial inquiry or application form on the ITSMBA website for a free eligibility evaluation.
- Applicants must provide basic information such as business details, professional background, and program expectations.
Step 2: Documentation and Assessment
- Businesses need to submit relevant documentation, including business registration, financial records, and organizational structure.
- Individual participants must submit their academic transcripts, resume, and a statement of purpose.
Step 3: Evaluation and Approval
- The ITSMBA evaluation team reviews the submitted information and conducts interviews or discussions if needed.
- Based on the evaluation, eligible businesses and individuals are provided with an affiliation or admission offer.
Step 4: Onboarding and Program Enrollment
- Upon acceptance, businesses and individuals undergo an onboarding process where they are introduced to the program structure, objectives, and expectations.
- Businesses are given a detailed guideline for setting up their ITSMBA chapter, and individual participants are enrolled in their respective training tracks.
